Robert Simpson leads R. M. Simpson Real Estate, LLC, a rapidly expanding full-service real estate company. The company has grown from reselling residential property to handling commercial property and new development.

Throughout his 20 years in real estate, Robert has built a reputation for pioneering new areas for development; building partnerships for joint venture projects; achieving profitability through investment opportunities; and cultivating a well-funded pipeline of investors. As an innovator and problem-solver, Robert has identified an under-served population in real estate – the small investor. Because of his professional experiences on investment and luxury properties, this group of investors has identified Robert as an innovator in creating and managing investment opportunities and offering them to his clients.

Robert has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and holds real estate broker licenses in the District of Columbia, and Maryland. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Virginia.
